But after leading HHS to a 6-5 record and its fifth postseason appearance if six years last fall, the veteran coach could face his stiffest challenge to date in 2026.

Grouped with perennial toughies Cisco, Hawley, De Leon and Anson in District 5-2A Division I, the Tigers will have their work cut out for them if they hope to earn an 11th game this season. But with 13 of 20 lettermen back, including seven starters on each side of the ball, Hart feels like his team has a chance to do exactly that.
