China Spring 61, Waco Connally 41 — The Cougars (3-1) rolled up 468 yards in total offense, including 285 passing yards to beat Connally in a shootout. 

While suffering its first loss, Connally (3-1) pounded out 355 yards rushing, but was unable to keep pace with a China Spring offense that ran 23 fewer plays than the Cadets.
