Wylie left-hander Tye Briscoe was nearly perfect on the mound and his teammates gave him far more run support than he needed Tuesday in a 17-0 win over Lubbock High at Bulldog Field.
Briscoe, who allowed just two walks in a five-inning no hitter, faced one batter over the minimum, striking out 10 in a dominating performance.
And the WHS lineup ensured that effort would be a winning one, scoring at least three runs in every inning to help the Bulldogs improve to 10-3 overall and 3-1 in District 4-5A play.
