San Saba 47, Johnson City 21
Jason Everett rushed for 163 yards and two TDs on 27 carries to lead the Armadillos to a win in the district opener for both clubs. 
It was the third straight victory for the Armadillos, who improved to 4-2 an 1-0.
Johnson City fell to 3-3 and 0-1.
