Glen Rose 45, Godley 35 — Canyon Evans threw for 309 yards and four scores and Josiah Groeneweg rushed for 94  yards and another score to lift Glen Rose (4-2, 1-0) to a win in its district opener. 

Godley (3-3, 0-1) was led by Wyatt Burke, with 287 yards passing for three scores.
