WESTBROOK — The unranked Westbrook girls basketball team has been too busy fighting for its playoff survival to worry about the next step in the ladder. 

Since a 73-31 blowout win over Cross Plains in the bi-district round, Westbrook has been walking a postseason tightrope that included narrow wins over Roby (31-27), No. 18 Harrold (54-48), No. 22 Irion County (47-44) and most recently, fourth-ranked Eula (38-35) to clinch the second trip to the state tournament in school history and the second since 2021.
