Muenster 32, Santo 14 — Playing without senior quarterback Hut Thornton, who was lost for the year to a knee injury two weeks ago, the Wildcats struggled to find consistent offense against the Hornets, managing just 175 total yards in a three-score loss.
Kalder Halbrook passed for 111 yards and a touchdown and added a second score on the ground to lead Santo (1-4, 0-1), which also got 51 yards rushing from Justin Hollingsworth.
Muenster, which led 24-0 at halftime and went up 32-0 before Santo got on the board with a pair of fourth-quarter touchdowns, ran for 229 of its 333 total yards in improving to 3-3 overall and 2-0 in league play.

Lindsay (2-4, 0-2), which led 14-7 at halftime and 27-14 after three quarters, finished with 371 yards to CHS’ 434, led by Lane Foster with 56 yards and one touchdown passing and 161 yards and two more scores rushing.
Era 49, Chico 0 — The Hornets blasted the Dragons, building a 31-0 halftime lead on their way to a shutout win.
Cole Stevens passed for 144 yards and three touchdowns and Hagen Reed rushed for 123 yards and two scores to lead Era, which improved to 1-4 overall and 1-1 in league play with the victory.
Chico (1-5, 0-2), which was outgained 421-53 in the loss, lost three fumbles to finish with a 3-0 disadvantage in the turnover margin.
