DISTRICT 5-4A DIV. I WEEK 6 REPORT: China Spring, Alvarado dominate, La Vega slips past Yoakum

China Spring 49, Cornerstone Christian 28 — The Cougars ran roughshod over Cornerstone (1-6), piling up 526 yards in total offense, of which 204 were on the ground. 

China Spring forced five Cornerstone turnovers, including four interceptions to help seal the deal. 

The Cougars (4-2) will face Alvarado on the road in their district opener on Oct. 6.
