We’ve all seen good high school coaches let go after only two years. And with very few exceptions, it’s almost always a bad move. 

Well, allow me to give you three good examples of why there is a payoff for patience and a reward for living up to the words we feed the kids — you know, like overcoming adversity, being loyal, being respectful and working through the process.
