Leading up to the first day of fall football practice on July 31, we’ll be spotlighting each 11-man team in the area and posing some of the key questions they’ll face in 2023 as part of our annual “Countdown to Two-a-Days” series.
We continue in Class 3A Division II with the Coahoma Bulldogs. On Saturday we will take a look at the Comanche Indians, followed by the Dublin Lions on Sunday.
COAHOMA BULLDOGS
LAST YEAR’S RECORD

- The Bulldogs outscored their opponents 308-265 last season, reaching the playoffs for the sixth time in seven years.
TWO NAMES TO KNOW
- Junior WR/DB Billy Bailey (Received for 412 yards and 3 touchdowns and rushed for 328 yards and 3 TDs in 2022)
- Sophomore RB/LB Jaidyn Vineyard (Rushed for 823 yards and 8 touchdowns and had 86 tackles, 3 tackles for loss and 2 sacks in 2022)
