cHAWLEY — It took a full 47 minutes and 57 seconds for the Hawley Bearcats to take their first lead in Friday’s Big Country Preps Game of the Week.  They only had to defend it for three seconds before claiming a 36-33 win over visiting Cisco, along with the District 4-2A DI title. 

Will Scott caught seven Rodey Hooper passes for 133 yards and two touchdowns to lead Hawley (10-0, 6-0), which trailed 19-8 at the half and 33-22 with 9:21 to play before rallying for the win.
