After the two teams played to a scoreless tie through the first three quarters, Christoval (4-4, 2-1) struck first early in the fourth to take a 6-0 lead. But Forsan countered with a pair of touchdowns in the final nine minutes — the last with about five minutes remaining — to improve to 7-1 overall and 3-0 in district play.
