WALL — Playing with just two girls on its bench, the Wall volleyball team knew that it would have its hands full against a San Angelo TLCA squad that rolls with a roster of 14 players.

The 16th-ranked Lady Hawks struggled with a faster pace that TLCA brought in the first set before regrouping and rolling to a quick 25-21, 25-12, 25-12 win in 50 minutes Tuesday in a District 6-3A match at Hawk Gym.

Wall’s ability to adjust on the fly and adapt to the pace that the Lady Eagles were pushing was something coach Robynn Jones was pleased to see.
