The Wylie baseball team rode a fast start Tuesday to its fifth consecutive victory, scoring three runs in the first and two more in the second to set the tone for a 7-5 home win over Lubbock Coronado.

The Bulldogs, now 14-3 overall, pounded out 10 hits and took advantage of four Mustang errors in improving to 7-1 in District 4-5A play.
