CAPITAL FARM CREDIT/BCP PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Wall senior smashes 52-year old record

There are very few high school track records on the books (state or school) that date back 50 years or more. And most of the ones that are still there have survived for a reason ā€” they are freaky good. 

Courtesy of Wall’s Tate Williams, we have just lost one such mark ā€” a WHS school record for the shot put that was set way back in 1969.  Williams not only topped it, he shattered it by more than 2.5 feet with a throw of 57-8.5 in last week’s Wall dual meet.
