Absent of all context, Coleman quarterback Corbin Rosales’ 2019 season might not look like much.
Starting under center for the Bluecats as a junior, Rosales passed 605 yards, rushed for 335 and accounted for 14 total touchdowns in leading CHS to a 4-6 record.
A quick rundown of the stats, however, only tells part of the story. And a good argument can be made that it’s the least significant part.
After having unlucky breaks cost him most of his freshman and sophomore seasons, just getting and staying on the field was a big deal for the Coleman signal caller. And the experience and development he gained through his first full season of reps should pay dividends for both him and his team in his last go-round as a Bluecat.
