The Wylie girls basketball team picked up a much-needed win Friday night, rallying from an early fourth-quarter deficit to knock off Aledo 35-31 and avoid an 0-3 start to District 4-5A play.

The Lady Bulldogs outscored the Ladycats 10-7 in the fourth quarter, including 10-5 over the final six minutes to improve to 14-13 on the year and put themselves firmly back in the district race with five league games remaining.
