Abernathy 42, Coahoma 0 — The Antelopes proved too much for Coahoma on Friday, outgaining the Bulldogs 403-9 in a shutout win.

Holding CHS to 22 passing yards and a negative rushing total on 21 attempts, Abernathy dominated from start to finish, building a 21-0 lead by halftime and carrying that momentum through the second half. Quarterback Bryson Daily led the way for the sixth-ranked Antelopes, passing for 220 yards and four touchdowns while rushing for a game-high 141 yards and another score.

Coahoma, now 5-2 overall and 1-1 in league play, will try to bounce back next week at home against Stanton, while Abernathy (6-1, 2-0) will travel to Colorado City.
