IOWA PARK — From Bushland’s perspective, Wednesday’s 7-4 win over Brock in Game 1 of the Region I-3A championship series wasn’t pretty. 

What it was, was a near-seminar in dodging bullets and making plays in key situations.

Aside from being outhit 10-4, the Lady Falcons stranded no fewer than 12 Brock base runners, seven of those in scoring position.
