EASTLAND — A little extra defensive effort by Eastland in the second half, combined with a whole bunch of free throws, was enough to produce a district-tying 56-42 upset of ninth-ranked Cisco on Tuesday night in Game 1 of a girls-boys doubleheader at EHS. 

Hailey Stacy scored 19 points and McKall Morton added 11 more to lead the Lady Mavs (23-7, 11-1), who forced a first-place tie in the District 6-3A standings with Cisco (27-3, 11-1).
