SAN ANGELO — After starting the season 0-5, it would have been easy for the Albany Lions to pack up camp and coast for the remainder of the year.

Denney Faith’s squad didn’t have that mentality, and it paid off Thursday night with a 47-7 Region I-2A Division II bi-district win over Rocksprings at San Angelo Stadium in a game that marked the Lions’ sixth straight win.
