Coleman cousins Ryland Gentry and David Navarro are nearing the end of their time as Bluecat teammates, but the two are set to continue to their playing careers together at the collegiate level.

Both made their commitment to Hardin-Simmons official at a signing day ceremony on March 30, pledging to spend the next several years as football teammates at the north Abilene university.

That decision continues a football journey that began at the youth level in the third grade.
