It took a little while for the Roscoe Plowboys (1-3) to get things going this season, but once they did, it happened in a big way, courtesy of quarterback Junior Martinez.

Martinez, who helped Roscoe to a 48-20 win over Chico on Friday, accounted for seven, count ’em seven touchdowns, beginning with two rushing scores among 27 carries for 129 yards. 

He also connected on 20 of 32 pass attempts for 329 yards and five touchdowns and charted six tackles and two pass breakups as Roscoe earned its first win of the year.
