The Clyde Lady Bulldogs used a five-run second inning to build all the cushion they would need Thursday for a 9-3 win over Coleman in a one-game bi-district softball playoff at Abilene Christian University’s Wells Field.

Up 6-0 after two, the Lady Bulldogs added three more runs in the bottom of the fourth, before the Bluekatts showed some signs of life late to stave off the possibility of a run rule.
