The Abilene High boys basketball team improved to 2-0 in District 3-6A play Tuesday with another narrow win, following Friday’s 57-56 win at North Richland Hills Richland with a 60-55 home victory over Hurst Bell.
Trailing by a point after three quarters, the Eagles were able to grab a lead early in the final period and seal the victory at the free-throw line to improve to 15-8 on the year.
