GLEN ROSE — The Abilene High girls basketball team saw its season come to an end Monday with a 71-43 loss to District 4-6A champion Arlington Bowie in a Region I-6A bi-district playoff.
Bowie raced out to an 18-9 lead after one quarter, extended that to 39-18 by halftime and cruised in the second half to the comfortable win.
