With just nine returning lettermen from last year’s 7-4 team, the Brady Bulldogs will have a new look in 2026.
Relying heavily on junior varsity call-ups after graduating an 18-player senior class, coach Jaron Roberts’ squad will need to come together and grow up quickly if it hopes to match or exceed last year’s success, which included a shared district championship.
A move from Class 3A Division II to Class 2A DI should help the Bulldogs’ cause as they try to claim their program’s seventh consecutive playoff berth. And if they can fight through some natural growing pains during a tough nondistrict schedule, Roberts expects them to do just that despite their youth.
