After allowing the first touchdown of the game to fall behind 7-0, Abilene High (4-2, 2-0) got a 97-yard kickoff return touchdown from Ryland Bradford to kick off a run of four consecutive scores to take a 28-7 lead into halftime. That proved more than enough cushion as the game never got closer than 15 points after the break.
