Cooper 54, Lubbock High 7 — The Cougars made quick work of the Westerners, scoring 30 first-quarter points and building a 44-0 halftime lead on their way to a Senior Night blowout.

Cooper (5-4, 3-1), which outgained Lubbock High 390-151, had a shutout until the 1:27 mark of the fourth quarter, when Zeke Rodriguez scored on a two-yard run to finally put the Westerners (2-7, 0-4) on the board.
