GRAHAM — The Albany Lions saw their season come to a surprisingly early end with a 24-20 loss on Friday night at Newton Field to Windthorst in a Region II-2A Division II area round game.
Ben West threw for 254 yards and two scores while Blaine Kayga had nine catches for 165 yards, but an inability to contain Trojan running back Awtry Blagg turned out to be the difference.
