Brady 53, Johnson City 3 — The Bulldogs stayed unbeaten in District 13-3A DII play on Friday with a dominant performance from start to finish against Johnson City.
Brady, which outgained the Eagles 353-157 and forced six turnovers, led 33-0 by halftime on its way to handing Johnson City its worst loss since falling 55-3 to No. 3 San Saba in Week 1.
The victory improved the Bulldogs to 3-4 overall and 2-0 in league play with a big home game against Blanco coming up this week. Johnson City, meanwhile, will take a 1-6 overall record and 0-2 league mark into next week’s game at Ingram Moore.
