Cisco 75, San Angelo TLCA 0 — Gibson Hearne passed for 243 yards and five touchdowns and rushed for 84 yards and another score to lead the Loboes to a blowout win over the Eagles on Friday.
Cisco (6-1, 4-0) scored 28 first-quarter points and led 48-0 by halftime before coasting in the second half to its second shutout win in a row. The Loboes had eight scoring plays of 35 or more yards, including six of 50 or more yards.
Coach Brent West’s squad will look to stretch its current winning streak to six games next week when it hosts San Angelo Grape Creek, while TLCA (1-6, 1-3) will have another tough game at Anson.
