This season shapes up with a lot of promise for the Big Country in the Class 1A Division II ranks with four teams in the top 10 and six in the top-20 to start of the year. The area has the two-time defending state champion in Strawn, but the Greyhounds are ranked second in preseason polls behind Josh Stanaland’s Jayton squad.
