Brooks Gay threw six innings of two-hit baseball and Wylie’s offense took advantage of three Cooper errors to take a 4-3 win in District 4-5A play Friday at Bulldog Field.
Gay needed just 82 pitches to get through his day as he recorded 12 ground ball outs, three fly outs and three strikeouts.
