The Abilene High girls basketball team followed up Tuesday’s win at Haltom City Haltom with 51-38 home victory over Weatherford on Friday to get back to .500 in District 3-6A play.
With both wins, the Lady Eagles (14-14 overall, 3-3 in district) are now alone in fourth place in the league standings entering the second half of 3-6A play with wins over all three teams below them.
