PLAINVIEW — Heading into Friday’s Region I-3A Division II area-round playoff game, the Colorado City football team had lost three games dating back to the start of the 2017 season.
All three of those teams were either undefeated or had just one loss when they faced the Wolves.
The Wolves’ season came to an end on Friday with a 56-26 loss to 11-1 Canadian — marking the second consecutive year that Colorado City was stopped by the Wildcats.
