HASKELL — While Haskell’s vaunted Tee Pee has gotten plenty of attention for decades for being one of the toughest basketball venues in the Big Country, there is another factor currently at play for HHS girls basketball: the Maidens are just plain good. 

The combination of a 3-0 Haskell girls team playing with a raucous home crowd behind it has proven overwhelming thus far, with the latest victim, 14th-ranked 1A power Lipan, falling 54-24 on Tuesday.
